One of Joe’s favorite stories to tell is how he met Erin. Erin and Joe met at the Harvard of the Poconos (East Stroudsburg University) in May 2016. As it was the end of their sophomore year they had family vacations coming up. Erin and Joe agreed to go on each others family vacations after only a few weeks of dating. After spending time getting to know one another they knew it was them against the world.

The years went by with the passing of graduations, concerts, trips, smiles, tears, and so many memories. We supported each other through a pandemic, a long-distance relationship, job changes, and more. Throughout it all we constantly looked to each other for support, love, and laughter.

Each year Erin’s family celebrates a very special tradition called Christmas Eve Guinness. As it was founded by two important people Erin’s mother, Lori, and her Uncle Bob. During a cheerful, loving Christmas Eve Guinness Joe took Erin by the hand and asked her to marry him and she said Yes!

We are so excited to celebrate our marriage with our closest family and friends. It is truly exciting to be planning on forever.
